Together We Rise: Class 9E Children’s Day assembly

The students of Class 9E, along with their class teacher Ms. Jancy, presented a beautiful and inspiring assembly on Friday, 14th November 2025, based on the theme “Together We Rise.”

The assembly began with a warm welcome by the comperes, followed by a peaceful meditation led by Ms. Jancy, helping everyone to focus and feel hopeful. Through a thoughtful skit, the students highlighted that each person is unique and that hope gives us the strength to rise together. The children successfully conveyed the message that hope encourages courage, unity, and growth.

A special moment in the assembly was when the character of Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru came alive on stage, delighting the audience with his presence. He greeted the students warmly and wished all the children a very “Happy Children’s Day,” reminding them of his deep love for children.

The backdrop explanation further enhanced the theme, symbolizing the idea of soaring high through perseverance, hard work, and helping others. The theme was brought alive through a captivating poem and an energetic dance performance on “Bum Bum Bhole,” capturing the joy and spirit of Children’s Day. The students showcased teamwork, unity, and happiness throughout the programme.

Fr. Godfrey D’Souza concluded the assembly with an inspiring message about aiming high and remaining hopeful, while also extending his warm wishes for Children’s Day. The assembly beautifully demonstrated that nothing is impossible when we choose hope. Truly, “Hope lifts us all—Together We Rise.”
