No Bags DayStd I Mrs. Christy Jagdish"The best learning happens when children explore, play, and smile.”- AnonymousNo Bags Day for the students of Std. I was observed with great enthusiasm on 19th December,2025 during the Christmas Panorama at Don Bosco High School, Matunga. The event created a joyful and relaxed learning atmosphere where students could explore, play, and learn without the pressure of books. The campus was filled with excitement as children arrived with smiling faces, ready to enjoy a special day planned just for them. The students came dressed in colourful clothes and looked cheerful and smart, adding to the vibrancy of the celebration. The young minds actively participated in various games and activities along with their friends. They had great fun on the Trampoline and Jumping Jack, which brought out laughter and cheer. Parents accompanied their children, making the experience more meaningful and secure. Learning took place in a joyful manner as students learned through play, interaction, and shared experiences. The highlight of the day was the freestyle dance session. Children danced freely to some Bollywood music in their unique style, expressing themselves with confidence. The performance helped the young Boscoites overcome stage fear and encouraged self-expression. Each games stall offered different fun-filled and educational games that enhanced focus, concentration, and competitive spirit. Students enthusiastically took part, won prizes, and felt proud of their achievements. This was followed by visits to the food stalls where the children relished a variety of treats. Master. Karunya Joseph, a student of Std. I B expressed joyfully, “I had great fun playing and spending time with my friends.”The day continued with a Christmas party in the classroom. The children shared delicious Christmas sweets. The festive spirit, combined with fun, learning, and togetherness, made the day memorable. Ms. Jessiya Sekar, the Class teacher of Std I B stated, “The day was highly engaging and meaningful, as students learned joyfully through fun-filled activities. It was rewarding to see the children confident, happy, and actively participating throughout the event.” The students returned home with happiness, joy, and beautiful memories of a well-spent No Bags Day.ng Orator Shines at Inter-School Competition
