On 9th September,2025, Class 6B presented an inspiring assembly in Fr. Bernard Hall, on the theme “Adversity to Triumph.” The assembly was conducted in Hindi in celebration of Hindi Divas and showcased the remarkable journey of lyricist Manoj Muntashir, who rose from poverty in a small village to become one of India’s most celebrated writers. The students of Class 6B along with their teacher Dr. Sarita Chaubey and Sir Rajesh Tripathi put in days of dedicated practice, and their efforts shone through in an incredible presentation.
The class teacher gently guided the students into a short meditation, helping them calm their minds before the performance. This moment of stillness created a serene atmosphere in the hall. The assembly began with a lively series of dance performances on songs written by Manoj Muntashir, immediately captivating the audience with rhythm. This was followed by a thought-provoking skit that depicted Manoj’s inspirational journey — from his early struggles in a humble village home, to facing rejection in Mumbai, and ultimately finding his voice and recognition as a lyricist. The skit highlighted not only his talent but also his perseverance, reminding everyone present in the hall that success is possible even in the face of overwhelming challenges. The narrators wove the story together, while videos of Manoj’s interviews were played, allowing the audience to hear his own reflections on his life. The assembly then moved into another round of energetic dance performances on famous songs written by Manoj, which created a celebratory atmosphere.
Father Flovi addressed the gathering, praising the efforts of the students and encouraging them to persevere like Manoj, who turned hardships into stepping stones for greatness. The assembly concluded with a message that deeply resonated with all that true triumph lies not in fame or wealth but in determination and faith in one’s abilities. The event left the audience inspired and gave the young learners a valuable lesson — that every obstacle can be transformed into an opportunity if one believes in oneself and strives forward with courage.
