Off-Track Events Like High Jump and Long Jump– Talent Identification

          Don Bosco High School, Matunga conducted off-track events such as High Jump and Long Jump after school hours in the month of September for boys as part of the Sports Festival 2026–2027. The events aimed to identify hidden sporting talents and provided students with opportunities to represent the school at inter-school competitions.

          The initiative promoted sports talent from the grassroot level. The dedicated efforts of the Physical Education teachers – Mrs. Jui, Sir Melwin and Sir Nehal – helped identify promising athletes and handed them over to the school coaches for further training and development.

            Through such initiatives, the school continues to encourage participation, discover talent and nurture young athletes.
