Don Bosco Matunga Athletes Shine at BCDAA Meet.

The athletes of Don Bosco High School, Matunga put up an impressive performance at the BCDAA Meet, held at the University Sports Pavilion, Marine Lines, on 17th and 18th August 2026.

Under-16 Category

- Royden Koli secured the Gold Medal in the 600 metres run.

- Yog Deshmukh won the Gold Medal in Shot Put.

- Naitish Jadhav secured Second Place in High Jump.

Under-14 Category

- Leroy Dsouza won the Silver Medal in Triathlon B.

- Vivaan Oberai secured the Bronze Medal in Triathlon B.

Adding to this success, Yog Deshmukh (Shot Put), Royden Koli (600 metres), and Naitish Jadhav (High Jump) have been selected to represent at the State Meet, to be held from 27th to 30th August 2026 at SVJCT Sports Academy, Ratnagiri.

These achievements reflect the talent, determination and hard work of our young athletes. Their success is a testament to their commitment to excellence and the strong sporting culture fostered at Don Bosco Matunga.

The school congratulates all the athletes on their outstanding performances and extends its sincere appreciation to Coach John Lewis for his dedication, guidance and tireless efforts in nurturing and developing our young sporting talent.
