Our experiment, Creative Food Art Activity, was conducted on Wednesday, 25th February 2026 for the students of Sr. KG. This engaging and hands-on activity was thoughtfully organised to encourage creativity, healthy eating habits, and confident presentation skills among the children.

For this activity, the children used fruits and vegetables that they usually eat at home. Cooked vegetables were also included. Parents carefully cut the fruits and vegetables into different shapes and creatively arranged them according to the topics allotted. The beautifully prepared food art was neatly packed and sent in the child’s tiffin along with a tray for presentation in class.

The topics allotted were as follows:

·       Marine Life

·       Transport

·       Animals

·       Birds

·       Flowers & Plants

The children confidently presented their creative food art in class and spoke a few simple sentences about what they had prepared. The activity not only enhanced their imagination and artistic skills but also helped them build confidence while speaking in front of their classmates.

Through this activity, we promoted awareness about healthy food choices while making learning enjoyable, meaningful, and interactive. It was delightful to see the colourful, imaginative, and thoughtfully arranged creations prepared by our little chefs.

We sincerely appreciated the wonderful support and cooperation of all the parents in making this activity a grand success.
