Our Junior Science Research team books a place at the Nationals

In an award that was richly deserving, the school Junior Science Research team bagged a place at the Nationals with a brilliant performance at the 26th NCSC (National Children’s Science Congress) State level competition held in Jyan Prabodhini school, Harali, Lohara District, Osmanabad from 29th Nov to 1st Dec 2018. The research team was represented by Geoffrey Nadar and Kyle Rozario at the state level. The other members of the team are Malcolm Monseratte, Elijah Machado and Ness Mandot. All the team members are from Grades 6 and 7. Their topic of research was on awareness and actions taken towards solid waste management for a clean, green and healthy environment.
A total number of 30 projects (from the 73 selected at the state level) have been selected for the Nationals. Of these 30 projects, 18 are at the Senior level and 12 from the Juniors category.
We wish to congratulate our junior scientists, and along with them extend our gratitude to the parents who have been their source of strength and support. Our best wishes to them in the next round at the Nationals!
