Music Binds our Heart and Souls -Singing Competition Std III & IV

Don Bosco Matunga is teeming with activity apart from the regular class schedule.The singing competition for Std lll and Std lV was held on July 13, 2019 in the Bianchi Hall. It brought forth the amazing talents of the students who participated in the competition. Twelve boys from each standard were selected as finalists after auditions. The competitors dished out a variety of pop songs and rendered the entire atmosphere melodious. The judges were Cyrus Bandrawala, Natasha D’souza and Perpetual Nazareth. The audience was in great awe with the singers at their best in singing with emotions and feelings. It transported the audience and judges into a realm of composure and tranquility. Each singer was enveloped in his own space giving himself a best go. There was a mixed choice of songs from the 70’s to the latest songs. The boys were accompanied by Sir Saby Franco on the keyboard. The judges appreciated the remarkable talent of the Bosco boys. The judges were thanked and gifted a token of appreciation by the students.

The Judges applauded the participants and performed for the students leaving them enthralled with their singing. The competition ended with the Head teacher thanking the judges for their valuable time and lauding the wonderful performance of the day.
