Winter season is here and so are the migrants. It is a delight to watch the winged visitors come to our city. Greenline organised a visit to one such wetland- T.S Chanakya in Navi Mumbai on 15th December,  2016 which was attended by our nature club enthusiasts accompanied by a parent.

The visit provided the students with an exposure to the biodiversity that exists there and also as an awareness programme to understand the importance of these water bodies.

It was a delight to watch flamingos and also endangered species of birds like Great knot together with many other birds like Grey Herons, Great Egret, painted storks etc. The guide with the students provided the information of the place which proved this visit to be an informative and a learning experience for them.
