We are family – Class assembly Std. VII B
-Ms. Snovia Andrade

On 11th July 2017, the class assembly by Std. VII B did paint a beautiful theme on the family. Nothing can take away the joy and happiness of belonging to the school as a family. The skit at the assembly depicted the scene of a well to do family that seeks admission for their son in Don Bosco. However the parents wished to shelter the child from the other children coming from different backgrounds, and they instruct him accordingly as he sets out for the first day of class. The boy experiences something different at school. He basks in the warmth of the loving kindness of his classmates, and feels a sense of pride at being loved and accepted by the staff and the Principal at school. He just enjoys being part of a big Bosco Family. After the skit, the Principal, Fr. Crispino D’Souza lent some beautiful insights on the family citing his personal experiences and that of the Salesian family.
